What Should You Include in Your Email?
Include the link to the page you are writing about, a short description of the problem and, if you have it, a link to the official MVA page that shows the correct information. Never send personal or ID details: we do not need them, and we cannot look up your MVA record.
Helpful to include
- The page link (copy it from your browser’s address bar)
- What looks wrong, missing or hard to understand
- The official source, if you have found one
- The device or browser you use, if something does not work
Never send us
- Your driver’s license, permit or ID card number
- Your Social Security number or date of birth
- Photos or scans of documents or cards
- Payment card details or your myMVA password
We use your email to reply to you and to fix what you report. Read our privacy policy for details.
Quick answers
Contact Questions
Can you book or change my MVA appointment for me?
No. Maryland MVA Appointment is an information website, so we cannot book, reschedule or cancel appointments or see your MVA records. You can manage your appointment yourself on the official myMVA website, or call the MDOT MVA Contact Center at 410-768-7000 for help.
Is support@marylandmvaappointment.com an official MVA email address?
No. This address reaches the Maryland MVA Appointment team, which runs this independent guide. The MVA does not read it. To reach the MVA, use ContactMVA in your myMVA account or call 410-768-7000.
How do I report wrong or outdated information on your website?
Email us the link to the page, describe what looks wrong and include the official source if you have one. We check every report against current MVA information and correct the page once the change is confirmed.
Do you have a phone number or an office I can visit?
No. We answer questions by email only, so every reply is in writing and easy to keep. If you need to speak to someone about an MVA service, call the MDOT MVA Contact Center at 410-768-7000 or visit an MVA branch.
